The legs of the plush toys can detach from the body, allowing small beads on the legs to be released. This poses a choking hazard to young children. The firm has received one report of a leg detaching from a toy, though no injuries have been reported to date.

The recalled Giraffe toys are approximately 9 inches long with model numbers HL699436 or HL731481, and hang tag number 2553675. The Llama toys are approximately 12 inches long with model number HL699436 and hang tag number 2553634. The toys were sold at Hobby Lobby Stores nationwide and online at hobbylobby.com from May 2025 through December 2025 for $6 (Giraffe) and $8 (Llama). The toys were manufactured in China.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toys and return them to the nearest Hobby Lobby Store for a full refund.
