CamelBak Water Bottle Caps Recalled for Choking Hazard

The recalled caps have three specific date codes located on the underside: H19039, H19063, and H19175. The water bottles were sold in various colors in 17-, 21-, and 24-ounce sizes. Approximately 46,000 units were sold in the United States, along with about 13,000 units sold in Canada.

The recalled products were distributed through sporting goods stores nationwide and online at camelbak.com from February 2019 through January 2021, priced between $10 and $25. CamelBak has received 14 reports of the silicone valve coming loose and detaching, but no injuries have been reported.
