The motorcycles have vehicle identification numbers (VIN) between BP6028 and CC7868, located on the left side of the steering head. These motorcycles were sold through Triumph dealers nationwide from July 2023 through December 2024 for approximately $9,500.

The right-hand plastic switch cube can crack when exposed to brake fluid. When the switch cube cracks, it can cause an electrical short circuit that starts the motorcycle unexpectedly, posing a risk of injury. The firm has received 16 incident reports of the switch cube cracking, with 7 of those reports resulting in the motorcycle starting unexpectedly. No injuries have been reported.
