What this means for you

Highest-severity recall. Risk of serious injury or death is documented or strongly suspected. Stop using the product now and follow the agency's instructions.

Our severity reasoning: Three confirmed infant deaths; CPSC suffocation hazard for infant product. Per rubric, known fatalities → score 5.

Plain-English summary

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Snuggle Loft has recalled approximately 312,000 "Cradle Cloud" inclined infant nappers. The CPSC has received reports of three infant deaths between 2021 and 2026 in which infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained in the product.

The CPSC has long warned that inclined sleep products are unsafe for sleep due to the risk of positional asphyxiation. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product, cut and discard it (per CPSC instructions), and contact Snuggle Loft for a full refund.

The product was sold at major retailers and online from January 2018 through October 2025.
