Motorhome Cooktops May Leak Gas and Create Fire Risk
Forest River is recalling certain 2022-2023 Coachmen motorhomes with faulty cooktops. The burner tubes may fracture and leak gas, creating a fire hazard.
What this means for you
Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.
Our severity reasoning: No fires, injuries, or illnesses have been reported, and the hazard is theoretical—a potential gas leak and fire risk. This qualifies as a risk-of-harm product without reported injury, consistent with Score 3 (High).
