Owners of affected motorhomes should contact their dealer to have the soft start device replaced at no charge. Notification letters were mailed July 1, 2025. Owners can reach customer service through one of the phone numbers provided in the recall notice, or contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153).
