These buses fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 210 and 222, which govern seat belt assembly anchorages and school bus passenger seating and crash protection. Reduced structural integrity may increase the risk of injury to passengers in a crash.

A total of 457 vehicles are affected by this recall. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 8, 2025. Dealers will inspect the vehicles and install a reinforcement channel as necessary at no charge to owners.
