What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: Rubric level 4 covers structural vehicle defects: the striker brackets hold the seat backrest in place, and the source states it may fall forward and let cargo enter the cabin in a crash.
