Jayco, Inc. is recalling certain 2022-2023 Entegra and Jayco brand recreational vehicles because the certification labels lack the rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). Affected models include Cornerstone, Reatta, Redhawk, Aspire, Anthem, Greyhawk, Accolade, Qwest, Melbourne, Emblem, Esteem, Expanse, Odyssey, Alante, Precept, and Seneca models. Approximately 2,467 vehicles are affected.

The missing GAWR violates federal certification requirements under 49 CFR Part 567. According to Jayco, missing axle information may result in the vehicle being overloaded, which increases the risk of a crash.

Dealers will install a corrected certification label at no charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 31, 2023. Owners should contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 to schedule installation.
