The incorrect tire size information on the certification label fails to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 120 (Wheels and Rims). This defect can allow an incorrectly sized tire to be installed, increasing the risk of a crash.

Affected owners will receive free replacement certification labels by mail. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning May 31, 2023. Owners should contact Heartland customer service at 1-877-262-8032 for more information, or contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration at 1-888-327-4236.
