2022 Mercedes-Benz EQB Front Axle Drivetrain Rollaway Risk Recall

What this means for you
Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.
Our severity reasoning: This recall involves a structural defect in a safety-critical system (front axle drivetrain) that could result in vehicle rollaway and increased crash risk. However, no injuries or actual component failures have been reported, and the hazard remains theoretical, which limits the score to High per the severity rubric.
