Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. is recalling certain motorhomes from model years 2024-2026 (2024 Convoy, 2023-2026 GH1, 2025 GT1, and 2026 GH2) equipped with 2.0 liter engines due to improper secondary alternator controller programming. The programming was not properly updated, which can cause the engine to stall and increase the risk of a crash.

Owners of affected vehicles received notification letters beginning September 19, 2025. Approximately 418 units are affected by this recall.

Dealers will remedy the issue at no cost to owners by installing a wire harness and updating the alternator programming. Owners should contact their nearest Tiffin dealer or Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661 to schedule service. Tiffin's reference number for this recall is TIF-145.
