2025 Toyota Tundra Rear Camera Software Defect Increases Crash Risk

Approximately 161,268 vehicles are affected by this recall. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 23, 2026.
Affected owners should contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331 to schedule a free software update for the parking assist ECU. Toyota's internal recall numbers are 26TB02 and 26TA02.
