What this means for you

Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.

Our severity reasoning: Rubric level 4 covers structural vehicle defects: the seat base is the structure anchoring an occupant to the vehicle, and the source states it may become loose.

Plain-English summary

Grand Design RV, LLC is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage motorhomes. About 683 units are potentially affected.

The seat base on the driver and front passenger seat may have been improperly tightened, causing the base to become loose. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems".
