What this means for you
Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.
Our severity reasoning: This is a critical vehicle safety system defect affecting the instrument panel display. While no injuries or illnesses have been reported, the failure to display the speedometer and warning lights creates a direct risk of crash and serious injury, qualifying as a risk-of-harm product where injury has not yet been reported.
Plain-English summary

The recall is due to a software error in the instrument panel module. This error may cause the instrument panel display to fail, preventing it from showing critical safety information, including the speedometer and warning lights.
