Polestar 2 rearview camera software may fail to display in reverse

Approximately 27,816 vehicles are affected across model years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. Owners should contact Polestar customer service at 1-800-806-2504 or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 888-327-4236 to schedule a free software update. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 20, 2025.
