Every recall on this list has been scored 1–5 against an objective rubric from the agency’s own classification, presence of reported injuries or deaths, distribution scope, and hazard type. The colored severity badge on each card is the score — 5 (Critical) means deaths or serious injuries are reported, 4 (Severe) means significant injury or hospitalization risk, and 3 (High) means a known hazard with no confirmed harm yet. Filter to 3+ (High and above) if you want to skip routine Class-III notices.
The agency chips above control which streams are visible. FDA spans food, drugs, and medical devices. USDA FSIS is meat, poultry, and processed egg products. CPSC is household consumer products. NHTSA is vehicles, tires, and child seats. Nationwide on a card means the recall affects every US state — most do — while a state list means distribution was limited.

Lil Pick Up Inc. has recalled about 700 Sierra 125U Youth ATVs sold from October 2025 through April 2026 due to defects that violate federal safety standards and pose risks of serious injury or death, including suspension failures, faulty reverse lights, failing brakes, and hot surfaces.
BRP US Inc. recalls about 2,820 Can-Am Outlander Pro and Max Pro ATVs with defective Speed Limiter Mode that can cause unexpected speed and acceleration, posing a risk of serious injury or death from crashes.
Polaris is recalling about 910 RZR Pro R and Pro R 4 recreational off-road vehicles (2022-2025) due to missing or loose fasteners on the rollover protective structure that can fail to protect occupants in a rollover or tip-over.
Bombardier Recreational Products recalls about 4,144 Model Year 2025 Ski-Doo and Lynx snowmobiles due to engine control module mounts that may break and cause stuck throttle, creating a crash hazard.
Ricky Powersports is recalling about 385 youth and adult all-terrain vehicles due to violations of federal ATV safety regulations that pose risks of serious injury or death. The youth ATVs have suspension defects, and the adult ATVs have brake and handlebar safety issues.
Deere & Company is recalling about 147,900 John Deere 1023E, 1025R, and 2025R Compact Utility Tractors because the front bell crank in the brake linkage can fail, causing loss of braking and crash risk. Four failures have been reported, including one hospitalization and two impact injuries.
CFMOTO is recalling approximately 3,630 ZFORCE 950 HO Sport Side-by-Side recreational off-highway vehicles from 2022–2023 because the shock absorber rod assembly can unthread and detach, causing suspension collapse and crash or tip-over hazards.
Polaris is recalling about 19,000 Model Year 2021-2024 RZR 200 youth off-road vehicles because the steering system can lock up during use, posing a crash hazard and risk of serious injury to children.
Segway Powersports is recalling about 1,100 2022 Fugleman UT10E and UT10X Utility-Terrain Vehicles because the ignition coil can fail, allowing fuel to enter the exhaust pipe and ignite, creating a fire hazard. One vehicle fire with property damage has been reported.
Polaris is recalling about 15,900 Model Year 2022–2023 MATRYX PRO RMK and MATRYX RMK KHAOS snowmobiles because handlebar hooks pose a puncture hazard and risk of serious injury during crashes. The firm has received four reports of puncture wounds.
Polaris recalls about 27,300 Model Year 2021 RZR XP Turbo and RZR Turbo S recreational off-road vehicles because the clutch can fracture and eject fragments, causing fires and injuries. Owners should stop using the vehicles and contact Polaris for a free clutch replacement.

BRP U.S. Inc. is recalling about 12,500 Ski-Doo snowmobiles from model years 2021 and 2022 because a fuel injector hose retainer screw can loosen, cause fuel leaks, and pose a fire hazard. Four fires have been reported.
Polaris is recalling about 14,885 Model Year 2022-2023 MATRYX RMK KHAOS and PRO snowmobiles. When the rider engages the throttle and brake simultaneously, the brake system can overheat, posing a fire hazard and risk of burn injuries.
Polaris is recalling model years 2021–2023 Sportsman 450 and 570 ATVs because an improperly assembled wiring harness can contact the brake line and vehicle frame, resulting in front brake loss and fire.

BRP is recalling certain 2022 Ski-Doo snowmobiles with 850 E-TEC engines due to a loose fuel injector hose retainer screw that can cause fuel leaks and fires. The company has received five fuel-leak reports, resulting in two fires.
EGL Motor is recalling about 500 EGL and ACE-branded youth ATVs (models MADIX 110 and B125) sold nationwide from May to September 2020 due to violations of federal ATV safety standards. The vehicles exceed speed limits for their age group, have defective brakes, and handlebars that pose laceration hazards in crashes.
Polaris is recalling about 8,800 RZR and GENERAL recreational off-road vehicles because the steering wheel can separate, causing loss of control and crash risk. Polaris has received 33 reports of broken or cracked steering wheel spokes, including five rollovers and two injuries.
